The agency shall hire caring and well trained staff that are willing to support the individuals we serve with attaining independence in the community. The agency shall demonstrate ethical principles that respect the rights of the individuals. The individuals are encouraged to voice their opinions and provide insight as to what they expect in their services. Noela, Inc. shall adhere to all state and federal regulations to ensure the individual’s services are provided and comply with all required standards.
